Stray Cats Special – A Tribute to My Idols
Stray Cats – this isn’t just music, it’s pure Rock’n’Roll! With this 90-minute Stray Cats Special, I’m fulfilling a heartfelt dream. I grew up with this band; they’ve been and always will be my idols. Their music has repeatedly brought me back to Rock’n’Roll and will probably always do so. They’ve literally gotten under my skin.
Out of this passion, I decided to create this unique project – a tribute to one of the most influential neo-rockabilly bands of all time. This is not an everyday program but an exclusive highlight that is only performed a few times a year. Staying true to the motto “Back to the Roots”, this special perfectly complements my existing musical offerings.
For this special, we even perform with a double bass instead of an electric bass, bringing the unforgettable classics of the Stray Cats to life on stage.

Stray Cats Special – Eine Hommage an meine Idole
Stray Cats – das ist nicht nur Musik, das ist Rock'n'Roll pur! Mit diesem 90-minütigen Stray Cats Special erfülle ich mir einen Herzenswunsch. Ich bin mit dieser Band aufgewachsen, sie waren und sind meine Idole. Ihre Musik hat mich immer wieder zurück zum Rock’n’Roll geführt und wird es wohl auch immer tun. Sie sind mir wortwörtlich unter die Haut gegangen.
Aus dieser Leidenschaft heraus habe ich beschlossen, dieses besondere Angebot auf die Beine zu stellen – eine Hommage an eine der einflussreichsten Neo - Rockabilly Bands aller Zeiten. Es ist kein alltägliches Programm, sondern ein exklusives Highlight, das nur wenige Male im Jahr aufgeführt wird. Ganz nach dem Motto „Back to the Roots“ ergänzt dieses Special perfekt mein bestehendes musikalisches Angebot.
Wir treten für dieses Speical sogar mit Kontrabass anstelle des E-Bass auf und bringen die unvergesslichen Klassiker der Stray Cats auf die Bühne.
